6:51am Grind beans, finish coffee & transfer to my @yeti
6:55am Walk out the door
I don’t wash my face. I don’t bring or look at my phone (iWatch is data only). Because the next 30 minutes are just for me.
Me, my coffee, the cool morning air and the sand.
That uninterrupted 30–40 minutes sets the tone for my day. Since implementing this morning ritual, I’ve found that I have more mental clarity throughout the day and am WAY less reactive.
